Lisboa, no cais junto ao rio, duas casas de construção antiga estão situadas frente a frente. Numa delas não vive ninguém, está fechada e parece há muito abandonada. Na outra vivem Ana e Matilde, duas irmãs de 9 e 7 anos. A casa fechada é quase sempre vista pelo olhar das duas irmãs. Ela parece por vezes ganhar vida e mudar conforme a hora do dia ou da noite. No fim não saberemos se essa mudança que mais ninguém parece ver é real ou uma construção deste imaginário infantil.
On the riverside quay of the enormous container port of Lisbon two old decaying sky-blue painted buildings are located directly opposite to each other. One is closed and abandoned, the other inhabited by the two bright and inquisitive girls Ana and Matilde.
Watching the closed building every single day and night the sisters get more and more suspicious. Strange phenomenons and movements behind the thick blue walls increase their curiosity. How is possible what their children`s eyes are witnessing? Who are those mysterious neighbours? How to discover old house`s secret?
